All Canada eRide ENVO products purchased online have 10 days right of return. Product shall be unused, undamaged, unscratched, clean in the original package and resell-able to be eligible for a return and refund. A 5% handling and re-stocking fee will apply to all eligible online order returns. Refunds will be initiated after products arrived in our warehouse and passed all checks and tests. This process may take 2 days up to 2 weeks in our warehouse depending on work traffic.

At Canada eRide, our goal is to ship to your place of residence or business which is located in British Columbia within 7 - 10 business days of ordering.  

The ENVO Flex is equipped with a cutting-edge controller, and advance color display capable of bluetooth connectivity to cell-phone. The controller comes with an advanced pedal-assist sensor with an optimized torque emulation software. The advanced torque emulating Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) signals the controller to run the motor between 5 levels of pedal assist, providing a boost to your pedaling depending on the level of assistance you select while riding. The ENVO Flex is equipped with an on-demand thumb throttle that gives you an extra boost which activates the motor proportionally to the twist, does not matter if you are pedaling, to give you a fully electric ride in case you cannot pedal or need an instant acceleration or uphill push.

Flex Trike comes with a specially designed cargo rear basket with rating of 150lbs weight. The basket dimensions are 44.5cm x 36.5cm x 20.5cm (Inner dimensions) making it practical to carry anything from grocery, food delivery bags, to cargo boxes.

Top of the line Tektro Hydraulic disk brakes equipped with electric cut-off sensors provide more safety to the bike as well as the rider. Flex Trike comes with brakes that stops all the wheels, allowing for better handling and safer ride.

Flex Trike comes with 20"x3" off-road style fat tires. These fat tires are cushion enough to improve ride comfort, dynamic maneuverability, and handling in different terrains. Tires are fat and knobby enough for the best grip on wet cement, asphalt paved, dirt or gravel trails which creates minimum noise and drag for normal urban paved rides.

The FLEX Trike is fitted with high efficiency and bright LED headlight powered by the main battery and controlled by a keypad on the handlebar.

Taillight and reflector provide more safety riding in the dark. It powers up once the headlight is switched on. These taillights also double as brake light, turning on when brake is applied.

The wide and comfortable saddles is professionally designed with cuts and curves for high performance pedaling, and wide enough for long upright cruises, are the most relaxing, cushion saddles with ultimate comfort and style for all riders.

Adjustable pre-load, lockable suspension fork with 80mm of travel adds to high-speed stability and handling on trails and asphalt. It reduces the shocks to the frame and battery system and provides ultimate comfort.
